In the event that a customer refuses to share their tracking number and other shipping information required by our policies; and/or exhibits any concerning behavior through communications with Inspired By LUX; our company reserves the right to refuse to receive and/or open any type of mail deemed as being suspect.
As such, any mail, parcel, or package deemed suspicious by any measure will be refused and handled with utmost caution. In addition, appropriate authorities may be notified to ensure the safety and well-being of our team, as well as our customers.
