Shipping Policy
From the time your order is placed, a processing period of 2-3 days may apply. All continental US packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, standard 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. All orders are processed and shipped from the USA.
Due to weather conditions, peak seasons and holidays with shipping surges, transportation issues and infrastructure disruptions, staffing shortages, Customs clearance delays, incorrect addresses, and any additional unforeseen factors specific to situations or locations which may also contribute to shipping delays, Inspired By Lux is not responsible for ANY delays in shipping once your parcel has left our warehouse and becomes the product of your mail delivery carrier.

International orders are subject to Customs holds at country of destination. Additional fees may be imposed by customs authorities, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking for international orders will become available once parcel arrives in country of destination.

Inspired By Lux is not responsible for any damages or normal leakage that occur during shipping (when warranty is not purchased by customer).
If your item(s) are returned to sender for any reason (up to, and including, insufficient address) customer will automatically be issued a refund, minus a $7.00 restocking fee per item, along with the deduction of any additional payment processing fees. Please note that shipping charges and fees are not refundable.
Inspired By Lux is not responsible for the theft or loss of packages. Once delivery has been made to customer, all parcels become the sole responsibility of recipient/customer; and all liability/responsibility on the part of Inspired By Lux is released.
